The A.L.P.S. mvX Mini Fragment System is designed to provide a broad portfolio and straightforward instrumentation, creating a system suitable for small bone fixation as well as the temporary stabilisation and reduction of non-load-bearing long bone fragments.

The A.L.P.S. mvX Mini Fragment System includes 2.0mm, 2.4mm, and 2.7mm plates and color-coded screws designed for a broad range of fracture applications, with instrumentation designed to simplify the surgical workflow. Innovative plate designs provide variable angle screw trajectories, allowing flexibility in achieving appropriate screw placement, with design features intended to help reduce soft tissue irritation.
A wide variety of plate and screw options ranging from 2.0mm to 2.7mm are available to provide surgeons with multiple fixation options to help fit their needs. The system utilizes dedicated drivers for each plate module. Each driver incorporates a screw retention feature designed to support screw control and help simplify the surgical process.
The A.L.P.S. mvX Mini Fragment System offers nine anatomic plate families, with a total of 74 plate options designed to provide fracture fixation solutions throughout the body. The system also includes High strength plate options in the 2.4 and 2.7mm families to act as a transition from mini to small fragment fixation.
The system includes 74 variable-angle locking plates in a range of sizes and configurations, offering surgeons a variety of choices to suit different surgical requirements.
The system includes a set of instruments designed to support surgical needs. These include plate bending pliers, standard plate benders, and a specialised 'French' bender for radial plate bending, with each tool engineered to perform effectively.
The system provides a selection of screw lengths to address specific needs. This includes 2.0mm screws up to 40mm, 2.4mm screws up to 80mm, and 2.7mm screws up to 100mm, intended to support precise screw selection.
To simplify the surgical process, the A.L.P.S. mvX Mini Fragment System features colour-coded instrumentation. This design supports back table organisation and enhances surgical workflow, built to improve efficiency.
