The A.L.P.S. mvX Hand System is designed to integrate hand plating with intramedullary metacarpal nailing and percutaneous pinning within a single system, offering a comprehensive approach to the treatment of hand fractures.

The A.L.P.S. mvX Hand System features plates designed to achieve an anatomical fit, non-compressive intramedullary nails with a small head diameter to help minimise articular cartilage loss, and instruments aimed at streamlining the surgical process.
The system offers a range of screw options, from 1.3mm to 2.4mm, intended to provide surgeons with various fixation options to support/address their requirements.
The 1.5/2.0mm plating module is designed to accommodate both 1.5mm and 2.0mm screws within the same plates, offering additional flexibility.
The A.L.P.S. mvX Hand System is designed to provide a comprehensive solution for hand fractures, incorporating standard plates, speciality plates, integrated intramedullary nails, and options for percutaneous pinning, all within a single tray.
The system includes three plate modules with a total of 22 plates and four intramedullary nail families comprising 24 nails, offering surgeons a wide range of options within one set to address various hand fractures.

The A.L.P.S. mvX Hand System incorporates intramedullary nails, providing surgeons with options and flexibility. The non-compressive nails are intended to assist in the reduction of metacarpal fractures, while the user-friendly instrumentation supports an smooth surgical process.
The system includes a selection of standard fracture plates, such as straight, T, Y and tine plates, available in sizes ranging from 1.3mm to 2.4mm. These plates are designed to offer surgeons a variety of choices for repairing hand fractures.
Beyond the standard plates, the system features speciality plates tailored to address specific fracture patterns, including Bennett, Rolando, avulsion, and condylar fractures. An offset plate is also included to provide further fixation options. The A.L.P.S. mvX system is designed to support both proximal and distal metacarpal osteotomies through the use of the Rotation Correction Plate.
The system is equipped with a range of screw options, including fixed-angle locking and non-locking 1.3mm screws, as well as variable-angle locking and non-locking 1.5, 2.0, and 2.4mm screws, providing a broad range of fixation options for hand fractures.
