The A.L.P.S. mvX Ankle Fracture System provides a unified plating platform designed to address a wide range of ankle fracture applications.
The A.L.P.S. mvX® Ankle Fracture System includes distal tibia and fibula plates designed for a precise anatomical fit across a wide range of ankle fracture applications. Innovative plate designs support improved screw trajectories and reliable placement in high-quality bone, while dedicated instrumentation helps simplify the surgical workflow.
A wide variety of screw options are available ranging from 2.7mm to 4.0mm, providing fixation options to fit different needs. In addition, the system utilizes a driver with a screw retention feature across all sizes to support control and help simplify the surgical process.
The A.L.P.S. mvX® Ankle Fracture System offers nine anatomic plate families, with a total of 69 plate options designed to address a wide range of ankle fractures. The system includes two trays: a core tray with screws and instruments, and a plate tray designed with an anatomic layout for simplicity and efficiency.

The A.L.P.S. mvX Ankle Fracture System includes a comprehensive range of anatomically designed plates for both distal tibia and fibula fractures.
Distal tibia options include five plate families—anterolateral, medial, anterior, posterolateral, and medial malleolus.
Distal fibula options include anatomic lateral plates, 1/3 tubular locking plates, hook plates, and posterior plates.
Together, these solutions are designed to support anatomical fit and address a wide variety of fracture patterns.
The system includes a range of screw options, such as variable-angle locking and non-locking 2.7mm and 3.5mm screws, as well as non-locking 4.0mm screws, providing flexibility for fixation. The screws are available in lengths ranging from 10mm to 100mm, offering a variety of options to address different ankle fracture repairs.
The A.L.P.S. mvX Ankle Fracture System includes a set of instruments designed to enhance efficiency and ease of use, supporting a streamlined surgical process. The set also features specialised tools, such as a hook plate tamp for securing the implant in place and a plate distractor to assist in restoring length, rotation, and alignment in cases where soft tissue contraction is present around the fracture.
