The H1 Hip Resurfacing Implant is a fully cementless, anatomically contoured, ceramic-on ceramic solution, designed to preserve bone¹*, reduce soft tissue impingement²^,³, and eliminate metal ion release⁴*, aiming to provide a durable, biocampatible joint restoration for more active patients⁵^,⁶*.

Clinical Results

Single arm, multicentre, prospective, non-randomised study

Five sites with seven surgeons implanting between 2017 and 2022.

Features and Benefits

BIOLOX® Delta on BIOLOX Delta Bearing Surface: For both the femoral and acetabular components, with the aim to eliminate the risk of metal ion release*.

Titanium and HA Plasma Coated Implant: A fully cementless solution designed to preserve bone, and reduce operating time and costs, with an aim to provide a long-term fixation for active patients*.

Anatomically Contoured Cup: Aim to reduce the occurrence of groin pain due to iliopsoas impingement whilst maintaining sufficient coverage angle^,.

Single Implant Design

For both left and right sides, in 10 sizes, for a range of anatomies:

Cup: 47-65 mm
Head: 40-58 mm

Short Stem: Aims to preserve bone on the femoral neck.
