ROSA Hip, the latest addition to the ZBEdge® Dynamic Intelligence™ portfolio, is a personalised robotic system that helps enable direct anterior surgeons to evaluate and execute a surgical plan based on real-time feedback and the patient’s unique anatomy. Launched in Europe in December 2024, ROSA Hip is already installed across Europe, including Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Turkey.

Data from ROSA Hip can be viewed in ZBEdge Analytics which combines intra-operative data from ROSA Hip and pre- and post-operative data from mymobility® Care Management Platform. This connection helps you identify potential associations between surgical decisions and patient outcomes.

We performed a retrospective analysis on a consecutive series of the first 100 patients who received fluoroscopy‐based robotic‐assisted total hip arthroplasty (RA‐THA).

One study showed that adoption of fluoroscopy-based RA-THA is associated with a learning curve of 12 cases, with the most significant improvements in surgical efficiency realised during acetabular cup placement4.
