FastFrame kits are pre-assembled, sterile packed, fully disposable external fixation frames that are designed to reduce complexity, lengthy OR time and high costs often associated with external fixation procedures.

Sterile

  • Kits are sterile packed reducing the need for reprocessing, minimizing the logistical burden to the hospital and eliminating the risk of tray contamination.

Efficient

  • Frames come pre-assembled removing the complexity and lengthy time involved in building the constructs with multiple components.

 

Features

The FastFrame External Fixation System is designed to address the complexity, lengthiness, and potentially excessive costs associated with external fixation procedures. 

These new external fixation frames introduce several new advancements: 

 Telescoping Tubes

Telescoping Tubes eliminate the need for multiple bar lengths and are bi-directional allowing independent distraction and compression. Pull the red tabs and the frame becomes uni-directional designed to allow for easy distraction and resists compression.  

Tri-Planar Alignment Spheres

The spheres allow for almost limitless pin placement, alignment, and rotation. The rigid frame is designed for efficient and quick application. Each frame provisionally locks in place via wing nuts.
