Vivacit-E HXLPE®
Since 2021 all Zimmer Biomet Dual Mobility Liners have been transitioned to Vivacit-E and Longevity.

Vivacit-E HXLPE is specifically designed through a proprietary process to aim in maximising performance3,4,5,6.

• It continuously neutralises harmful free radicals to prevent oxidative degradation5 providing exceptional Oxidative Stability4,6,7.

• It is irradiated to a crosslink density equivalent to Longevity, resulting in an ultra-low wear5. Tested out to 100 million cycles (Mc) in a 40mm hip wear simulator test8.

• It provides improved mechanical strength3,6,7. Its material strength has been shown to be stable even after extreme lengths of accelerated aging.
